How implementation runs
-
Site survey
Implementation begins with a site survey. We collect the institute’s report formats, the output files of each instrument to be interfaced, and the test menu.
The driver for each instrument is built from that instrument’s own output files. Drivers do not exist in advance for every instrument, which is why the survey collects the files first.
-
Installation
We install MD-LIMS on the institute’s server or private cloud.
-
Configuration
Methods are configured for the laboratory, with their result fields, units and decimals. Report formats are built to the institute’s own format. Temperature monitoring of freezers and cold rooms is configured at site through sensor integration.
-
Training
We train the laboratory’s staff on the system.
-
Handover
We hand the configured system over to the institute.
Who supports it
MD-LIMS is written, maintained and supported by Radhey Radhey Enterprises, its original equipment manufacturer. There is no third party between the institution and the people who write the code.
