For government medical institutes, medical colleges and public-sector diagnostic laboratories in India. It is installed on the institute’s own server and needs no internet connection. Radhey Radhey Enterprises writes, maintains and supports it in Ambala Cantt.
Access rules are written into PostgreSQL as row-level security and enforced by the database itself, not by filters in the application’s queries. The account the application connects with owns nothing and cannot bypass them. The system administrator holds no laboratory permission and cannot read patient results.
Every action is written to an append-only, hash-chained audit trail. Each night the backup restores itself into a scratch database and re-verifies the audit chain before the copy is kept.
Controls are checked against the Westgard multi-rules. A failed control holds the run automatically. Only an authorised person may release the hold, and the reason is recorded.
MD-LIMS is installed on the institute’s own server or private cloud. The licence is verified offline, so the system does not need an internet connection to run.
